Launchpad countdown.

There is a time-worn habit I have…..

Monday mornings.

My ‘Pre-work week ritual’.

........Coffee. 

Focus on the bespoke sporrans that must be crafted.

Note the priorities, specific styles, colours textures.

Plan the sequence, as three or four projects often overlap, so no time is wasted.

Clear the work bench.

Select the hides.

Sharpen my blades and reset the tools.

Check the glues, unguents, dyes, coatings and polishes I’ll need.

Lay out the patterns and knives.

Thread needles.

Pause.... Think.

By 08h30, I’m ready to rock. ................I have 11 hours left in the day.
